Position:
Varicent Consultant

Location:
Toronto ON and Montreal QC

  • Experience in configuration of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) calculation rules.
  • Ability to understand an existing model and the underlying compensation rules.
  • Experience in developing data stores and views and presenter adaptive reports.
  • Experience in setting up data imports and exports in Varicent.
  • Experience in configuring scheduler jobs.
  • Good knowledge of SQL/ POSTGRESQL.
  • Working knowledge of setting up and using Varicent excel addin.
  • Ability to identify and analyze issues based on Audit log & resolve the same.
  • Experience in deployment of new components/fixes/ enhancements from DEV to QA to PROD.
  • Good analytical skills to perform data validations and comparisons.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve functional, logical and data related issues.
  • Ability to discuss new requirements with client, analyze and estimate the scope of work.
  • Follows standard design and documentation guidelines.
  • Prior client facing experience.

Good to have:


  • Familiarity of incentive payout plans for airline agencies.
  • Experience in Jira and Confluence, or similar planning and management tools.
  • Experience in developing Python scripts.

Salary:
$100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
