- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pick ups, deliveries, POD's and general shipment
- Proactively communicate potential service delays to our customers and all stakeholders
- Work with brokers and logistics companies to fill capacity when necessary
- Preparation and regular updating of customer specific reports via email or websites
- Work in conjunction with team managers and planners to provide a high level of satisfaction for our customers while simultaneously pursuing efficiencies for
- Inform customers of other services provided by and upsell when appropriate
- Anticipate customer needs and facilitate resolution to issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Extremely detail oriented, highly organized and an ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of transportation business is an asset
