ParaMed is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Recruitment Team Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, this role will support the downtown Toronto district.

Responsibilities:

Upload, monitor, and track postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and participate in community events such as career fairs and academic presentations
Schedule and conduct interviews and consult with hiring manager to attain top talent
Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process
Review reports and analyze data to meet targets

Qualifications:

Completion of postsecondary education in a Human Resources or related capacity is strongly preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a highvolume recruitment environment is required
Competent working knowledge of recruitment and selection, specifically working within an HRIS/ATS platform
Experience in healthcare recruitment would be considered a strong asset
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize successfully in a deadlinedriven, fastpaced environment
Superior customer service skills and strong communication skills
