    About us


    Five Seasons Comfort is a Canadian Manufacturer of Indoor Air Cleaning Systems, that has been in business for over 60 years.

    We are highly automated and looking to expand the company with further automation processes.

    We are continuously improving our production systems, whilst simultaneously innovating new products for the Indoor Air Quality and HVAC industry.

    We are fully committed to keeping all of our manufacturing in Canada

    This position is best fit for a highly motivated, ambitious individual, as this is a stellar career opportunity for someone who is truly passionate about mechanical engineering.

    Our biggest requirement is some form of experience or exposure to sheet-metal design/production If you do not possess any knowledge or expertise in this field you will not be able to do many of the tasks that we ask of you.


    Technical Criteria:
    A successful candidate meets all if not most of the listed criteria

    Able to perform CAD/CAM programming for CNC Punch Press Machines , Panel Benders , and Brake Presses .
    Able to perform Maintenance , Operation and Troubleshooting of CNC Punch Press,
    Automated Panel Benders and Punching machines.
    Assure the final product to be under required dimensions and tolerances, must be exceptional using GD&T .
    Read and interpret Blueprints and have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor for Sheet metal modeling .
    Excellent mechanical knowledge to perform maintenance on Hydraulic , Pneumatic , and mechanical components.
    Must be well versed in 5S and Lean Six Sigma Processes .
    Able to perform reverse engineering where needed.
    Experienced with Quality Control
    Minimum of 2 Years working with sheet metal design and/or production. Whether it be manufacturing, automotive, aircraft, any relevant industry is fine.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering /Related fields, although mechanical is preferred
    Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) certification preferred but not mandatory.
    Valid class G or G2 Drivers License
    Minimum of 2+ years experience in similar industries , with an emphasis on sheet-metal and manufacturing, although new graduates are welcome to apply
    Ability to travel to the US or Europe for training
