The Opportunity

On a Typical Day, You Will:

  • Work alongside your teammates and other DOZR teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new partners. You will play a key role in supporting, educating, and training to ensure our partners are well equipped during their implementation to ensure high utilization and adoption rates (tablet program & software system utilization)
  • Hunt for brand new partners and manage existing partner accounts, ensuring they are leveraging our solutions to meet their strategic goals.
  • Help them measure their success and return on investment from DOZR by monitoring and analyzing rental trends on the account.
  • Become a DOZR product specialist, which will allow you to best optimize partners' accounts and set them up for success. By diagnosing and solving technical problems, working through new and existing integration setups, and working heavily with our Order Manager System, you will solidify DOZR as the number one source of rentals for our partners.
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and act as a champion for our partners
  • Conduct online presentations on product and rental performance to partners, new product features, and upsell opportunities.

Who Are You?

  • Team Player and Problem Solver

  • 13 years experience in B2B, Sales, Tech, New Business Development or Account Management.
  • Relationship management and churn prevention skills, and the drive to engage partners on new products and features
  • You are technically savvy and comfortable learning new technology
  • You can explain technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
  • Active listening and problemsolving skills
  • Highly motivated, driven and selfstarting individual who can hit the ground running
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work alone or in a team environment
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment, flexible to changing requirements as we grow
  • Motivated by success and achieving both company and individual targets
  • Experience with CRM tools an asset
  • Having a background in heavy equipment or equipment rentals is an asset but not mandatory but motivated individuals who are interested in learning and developing a must
