About the Position:

Canature WaterGroup is growing We are looking for driven, talented, and personable individuals to join our team.

If you are a Project Specification Specialist in the area of Commercial Water Treatment, you will want to consider joining our rapidly expanding business.

Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing Commercial Industrial Engineering Division (CIED), this position will be responsible for:

  • Responds to general product questions for commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with Engineers who are specifying commercial jobs with the goal of integrating Canature WaterGroup products onto the specifications
  • Gather information regarding potential leads and customers by partnering with the sales team, utilizing software to monitor requests for product specifications, public information regarding commercial projects or from other sources.
  • Manage and monitor North American construction bid process and specification services.
  • Maintain databases of customer projects, project details and other relevant data for use by internal teams
  • Monitor and report on various commercial and industrial sales, quotations, and productions metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with specifying Engineers by ensuring timely resolution to all questions and follow up
  • Provide product training to specifying Engineers through a partnership with internal training teams

About you:


  • Postsecondary education preferred but a combination of education and equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in commercial industrial water treatment in a sales or technical capacity a strong asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce system an asset
  • Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude but also be able to work independently
  • Customer Service experience an asset.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to read architectural and mechanical blueprints and specifications
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office, specifically Excel skills
  • Keen attention to detail and superior organizational skills
