Wonderworld Montessori Academy-Metrotown:

We offer an authentic Montessori Program practicing the core values of Maria Montessori's philosophy.

We strive to build an inclusive working environment and a long standing supportive community for our staff, parents, and children.

Wonderworld Montessori Academy has two locations: in Metrotown, Burnaby and Kerrisdale, Vancouver areas. Our Metrotown Burnaby location has a facility area of 13,948 sq. ft. in total, capable of hosting 161 children and 30 full-time employees at full capacity.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced ECEs and ECEAs for our Metrotown-Burnaby location. This is a full-time position. We welcome you to join our growing team of exceptional educators.

ECE QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have ECE or ECEA certification
Experience in Montessori classroom preferred but not required
Current Criminal Record Check
Good classroom management and planning skills
Good work ethic
A warm, friendly, and calm disposition
Caring and attentive to children
Able to actively support and coordinate with the head teacher
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork
Display flexibility, accountability and integrity
Highly organized, detailoriented, and observant

SALARY :

ECE:
$23-25/hour

ECEA:
$20-$22/hour(Depending on experience and qualifications)
