    Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Administrateur(trice) Système Senior hautement qualifié(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dans le secteur de la formation en ligne. Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expérience en administration système, avec une expertise dans la gestion des infrastructures informatiques, la résolution de problèmes et l'assurance d'une performance optimale des systèmes et réseaux.

    Responsabilités principales :

    • Gérer et entretenir l'infrastructure informatique incluant les serveurs, réseaux et systèmes de sécurité.
    • Installer, configurer et surveiller les systèmes tels qu'Active Directory, LAN/WAN, pare-feu, commutateurs, technologie sans fil, Exchange, Office 365, etc.
    • Effectuer régulièrement des mises à jour, des upgrades et des sauvegardes pour assurer l'intégrité des données et la fiabilité du système.
    • Résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels, diagnostiquer les problèmes et mettre en œuvre des solutions de manière rapide.
    • Surveiller les performances du système et mettre en place des optimisations pour améliorer l'efficacité et la fiabilité.
    • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour évaluer les besoins en IT, recommander des améliorations et mettre en place des solutions.
    • Fournir un support technique et des conseils aux utilisateurs finaux et au personnel IT junior selon les besoins.
    • Maintenir une documentation précise des systèmes informatiques, des configurations et des procédures.

    Qualifications et expérience :

    • Diplôme collégial dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente.
    • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'administrateur(trice) système.
    • Expérience avec un fournisseur de services gérés est un atout.
    • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
    • Expérience avec les technologies Cisco, Dell et Fortinet est fortement souhaitée.
    • Solide connaissance des outils et techniques d'administration système.
    • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative au sein d'une équipe.
    • Certification dans des technologies pertinentes (ex. Microsoft, Cisco) est un atout.

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team in the e-training sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with expertise in managing IT infrastructures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of systems and networks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.
    • Install, configure, and monitor systems such as Active Directory, LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless technology, Exchange, Office 365, etc.
    • Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
    • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to assess IT needs, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff as needed.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • College diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT as a system administrator.
    • Experience with a managed service provider is a plus.
    • Proficiency in English and French (both verbal and written).
    • Experience with Cisco, Dell, and Fortinet technologies is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of system administration tools and techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
