We are seeking positive and energetic Distribution personnel at our Manitou Drive facilities for Days (7 am to 3:30pm)Why Join us?

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To build loads on trailers, as per instruction, manually or by lift truck, and to unload trailers in the same manner.
- perform safety checks on lift trucks as per company guidelines
- transport units from manufacturing to the warehouse in an organized & safe manner
- load trucks per instructions
- assist in moving casegoods at warehouse outlet
- build crates using skill saw, mitre saw, table saw & nailer/stapler as required
- other duties as assigned
- perform all responsibilities/services in accordance with the company Quality Assurance Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- grade 12 education, or equivalent
- 6 months 1 year experience operating lift truck preferred but willing to train the right person.
- fall arrest training an asset
- good language communication skills - written & verbal
- good hand/eye coordination
- good computer navigation skills - working knowledge of MS Excel
*This role involves; some heavy lifting, constant walking, some climbing to build loads.
