Unitii Corp. is a fast growing, dynamic real estate company specializing in Development, Property Management & Investment. We are currently seeking qualified
Carpenters in Victoria BC.

***- Works under the direct leadership of the Site Superintendent and in conjunction with the Project Management Team.

Must have required safety equipment/gear including steeltoed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles.
Role may require working in confined spaces and at heights in noisy and dusty conditions.
We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 35 years experience as a Carpenter on multifamily & mixeduse builds working for a General Contractor/Developer.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

MUST have a minimum of 35 years Carpenter experience on multifamily & mixeduse builds
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints and understand the scope of work
The ability to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time
Operate and use a variety of hand and power tools
Manual dexterity, balance for working on scaffolding
Able to solve arithmetic problems quickly and accurately
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials; build foundations, columns, suspended slabs, erect wood walls and construct roof systems.
Must be organized and able to keep work area clean
Care first and foremost about the safety and wellbeing of everyone you work with, for and near
Take pride in being accountable and continuously look for ways to improve
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION/ASSETS

Red Seal & Gold Seal Registered an asset
Journeyman Certificate or relevant postsecondary
Knowledge of Procore Construction software an asset
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
ESC Fall Protection an asset
WHMIS an asset
CSTS an asset
