    Guidepoint seeks an experienced ML Ops Engineer as an integral member of the Toronto-based Data/AI team. The Toronto Technology Hub will serve as the base of our new Data/AI team, dedicated to building a modern data infrastructure for advanced analytics and the development of responsible AI. This strategic investment is integral to Guidepoint's vision for the future, aiming to develop cutting-edge Generative AI and analytical capabilities that will underpin Guidepoint's Next-Gen research enablement platform and data products.

    What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement cloud solutions, build MLOps on cloud (Azure)
  • Build CI/CD pipelines orchestration by GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Airflow or similar tools
  • Proficient in MLFlow and model serving and monitoring on Databricks
  • Machine learning model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality
  • ML models testing, validation and tests automation
  • Communicate with a team of data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers and architect, document the processes

    • What You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience on Databricks
