    Our client, a specialist ERP vendor that provides industry-specific solutions for the food processing industry. The Company provides its users with innovative industry software that is configurable and customized to meet the demands of the individual company. Occasional business travel for training, trade shows, and/or to potential customer sites is a requirement of this role.

    As an ERP Finance Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our clients' financial processes through the effective implementation and utilization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of financial modules and functionalities, contributing to the overall success of our clients' financial operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions in the finance domain
    • Configure and customize ERP financial modules to align with the client's financial processes and policies
    • Provide expertise in financial best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards during ERP implementation
    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of ERP modules to ensure accuracy, reliability, and seamless integration
    • Train end-users on utilizing ERP finance modules efficiently and effectively
    • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements
    • Collaborate with technical teams for data migration and integration projects
    • Stay up-to-date with ERP trends, updates, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement

    DESIRED PROFILE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
    • Certification in relevant ERP systems or finance-related credentials (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
    • 5-8 years of experience in a similar or relevant role, preferably in ERP implementation or finance transformation projects
    • Proven expertise in configuring and implementing ERP financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) with a deep understanding of financial processes
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
    • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and reporting standards
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve system-related issues
    • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally based on project and training requirements
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
    • Experience in data migration, integration, or system upgrades
    • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
    • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships within cross-functional teams
