    Responsibilities

    • Supporting the senior Sales staff with administrative tasks
    • Provide excellent customer service via email as well as over the phone
    • Preparing quotes/pricing and processing orders
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Database Administration
    • Other administrative duties as assigned
    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in Inside Sales /Customer Service
    • University degree or College Diploma (preferred)
    • Ability to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
    • Motivated, persistent, and a selfstarter
    • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and negotiation abilities
    • Outstanding people skills, sense of urgency, and ability to take initiative
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
