- Assist the Property Manager in managing day-to-day property management functions eg: maintenance, cleaning, security, material sourcing, tenant services and facilities management etc;
- Handling complaints and emergency incidents;
- To coordinate and arrange scheduling with Technical Team on repairing and maintenance requirements;
- Prepare all documentation related to daily operations, maintenance and tenancy improvement/renovation activities of the portfolio;
- Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repairs and security; liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions;
- Create, track and maintain tenant list, trades list, work orders, service contracts and assorted information in database(s), both electronic and physical files in a timely and accurate manner;
- Respond to inquiries and requests from tenants, trades, and other parties with professionalism in a timely manner;
- Work with Accounting Team in daily expenses activities and invoicing procedures;
- Perform any ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Senior Property Officer is responsible for all-round support for the Property Management Department and the company overall. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail oriented with proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads.
