Job Statement
Responsibilities
- Assisting in responding to general employee questions concerning human resources policies
- Assisting with the full cycle of recruitment, which includes but is not limited to preparing and posting job openings, facilitating prescreens, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, etc.
- Facilitating inperson and remote onboarding sessions with new hires
- Assisting with onboardingrelated tasks such as coordination with IT, collection of employee information, preparation of new hire announcements
- Ordering of general office supplies as needed
- Completing administrative functions such as filing
- Assisting with green initiative (ex. Transferring paper files to electronic)
- Assisting with various requests and/or projects and performs other related duties as required
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field
- Experience in human resources field considered an asset
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Experience with ADP considered an asset)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Written and oral bilingualism (French & English).
- The Human Resources Coordinator will need to communicate in both English and French while dealing with employees across Canada.
