**Who You Are

As Technical Business Analyst/Technical Writer you will review current documentation of systems, networks, and processes to ensure completeness and level of detail in alignment with best practices.

You will work with multiple teams and align expectations with project, program and organizational leadership to ensure that business as usual, implementations, migrations and the like are reflected and details captured as required to support secure and efficient business activities going forward as well as onboarding effort.

**What You'll Do

  • You will demonstrate your skills based on your minimum of 3 years of experience creating workflow or flow chart diagrams for an IT Enterprise Organization, knowledge of conducting user acceptance testing and working knowledge of information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) framework to ensure documentation aligns with our enterprise key goals to streamline IT service processes
  • Ability to attend working sessions during business in potentially multiple time zones using MS Teams and or in person to gather information and conduct interviews;
  • Identify audiences for documents and structure the documents appropriately;
  • Perform copy edit on requested documentation
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written skills in English and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualifications:


  • Requirements in alignment with role and responsibility as described above.
  • 35 years demonstrated and proven track record of success in similar role
  • Diploma in the computer science field; or Certification in the computer science field; or 2 or more years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Preference may be given to those with one (1) or more of the following:
  • Experience working with OCI
  • Oracle Infrastructure Integrations/Migrations
  • Experience or certification in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library also preferred
