Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager plays a significant role in guiding the day-to-day activities and strategies in the
Marketing & Communications Department to drive an enhanced member experience and maximize
exposure for our client. This organization supports members and stakeholder engagement through a
variety of communication streams and activities, providing brand support and strategy for events &
education, sponsorship, and the membership experience.
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to
core values and benefits
- Interact with internal team members, designers & communication production suppliers to
- Contribute to the planning and execution of highprofile events (inperson, virtual and hybrid)
strategies
- Serve as a seasoned writer. Competent in working independently to write concise, wellpolished
- Solid understanding of business acumen including tracking and evaluating research,
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; track and respond to marketing
tools to create reports & determine strategy
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends in order to build effective thought leadership,
- Produce highquality stories, press releases, case studies, presentation content and web copy
- Maintain the MarCom budget: solicit estimates, process, reconcile and file all related invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
- 5+ years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience; experience in Commercial Real
- Experience/consistent performance in deadlineoriented environment due to tight time
- Collaborative spirit, with the ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities both
- Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing— excellent grammar, punctuation,
- Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and social media channel deployment
- Resultsoriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a crossfunctional capacity
- Ability to effectively delegate and manage time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast
priorities and hitting deadlines
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Project management skills and able to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a
Canva and Adobe Suite is an asset
