Assistant Controller (Senior Accountant)
Our client is hiring a controller assistant to join our team.
This position is expected to in charge of financial reporting, financial due diligence of acquisition, financial modeling, consolidation of financial statements and financial analysis.
This position must be an outstanding communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems. Having great experience in the construction or electrical industries is preferred.Role Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, Payroll, Billing, Job Cost, project coordination, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly and annual financial reports
- Manage and oversee the company's budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and payroll tax
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial procedures
- Prepare yearend review engagement working papers
- Oversee and manage a team of accounting professionals
- Prepare other related companies bookkeeping
- Others assigned by CFO
Requirements:
- Minimum 58 years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA Designations (Taxation) if public practice as additional asset
- Had background of construction industries is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and command of the Mandarin language
- Ability to multi task and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Selfmotivated and enthusiasm to learn
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)

$62,734.23-$99,945.90 per year
