About the role
We're looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our growing team

As a
Learning & Development Consultant, your work will have a big impact on the achievement of our goals.

People will count on you to be an energetic and creative individual who can design, develop and facilitate various in-hours training courses for Specialty Solutions.

This is a
permanent full-time **position available at all Intact offices across Canada.


What you'll do here:


  • Identify specific training needs within Specialty Solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and evaluate participants' progress
  • Seek out the opportunities for improving practices. May provide coaching to participants post training event.
  • Coordinate the delivery of training programs which may include scheduling programs, liaisons with trainers/presenters, confirming participation, booking training rooms/virtual sessions, producing and distributing training materials.
  • In collaboration with colleagues, create and maintain robust onboarding training for new Intact employees
  • Implement instructional design and adult learning theory to further knowledge transfer across the organization
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to develop strong, innovative, and technologyenhanced courses and programs
  • Maintain results and be able to collaborate to ensure outcomes are on track to meet business needs

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum one year experience in CCM, CLPSS, Halcion
  • Experience in Specialty Solutions is an asset
  • Instructional design and knowledge of adult education and instructional theories preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Articulate, Rise360 or Vyond is an asset
  • Comfortable presenting and facilitating sessions, adapting to the audience and various learnings styles.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in English (French is an asset)
  • Ability to develop entrylevel courses for a variety of audiences.
  • Creative outofthebox mindset and strong collaboration skills
