We are currently hiring *Team Member* for our store located in *Quebec Vanier.*

*As a Team Member you will be part of a diverse team of individuals with a strong background in computer systems technology & customer service. You will be eligible for an additional commission based on warranty sales, up to 25% of revenue. As Team Members your responsibilities will be as follows:*

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide customers with excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products and offering product knowledge
* Receive shipments and stock, unload stock
* Ensure that the products are merchandised to company standards
* Process retail sales transactions and maintain the cash area
* Maintain housekeeping standards
* Other duties as assigned

*Requirements:*
* 1-2 years of retail sales and/or cash handling experience in a similar environment
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
* Extensive knowledge in computer parts and accessories, and consumer electronics
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise which entails lifting
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous ferez partie d'une équipe diversifiée de personnes ayant une solide expérience dans la technologie des systèmes informatiques et le service à la clientèle. Vous aurez droit à une commission supplémentaire basée sur les ventes sous garantie, jusqu'à 25 % du chiffre d'affaires. En tant que membres de l'équipe, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

* Fournir aux clients un excellent service à la clientèle en aidant les clients à localiser les produits et en leur offrant des connaissances sur les produits
* Recevoir les envois et le stock, décharger le stock
* S'assurer que les produits sont commercialisés conformément aux normes de l'entreprise
* Traiter les transactions de vente au détail et maintenir la zone de trésorerie
* Maintenir les normes d'entretien ménager
* Autres tâches assignées

*Exigences:*
* Capable de communiquer en anglais et en français
* 1 à 2 années d'expérience dans la vente au détail et / ou la manipulation d'espèces dans un environnement similaire
* Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent préféré
* Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
* Excellente résolution de problèmes, attention aux détails et compétences organisationnelles
* Capacité éprouvée à atteindre les objectifs de vente
* Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (écrite et verbale) et à la numératie
* Connaissance approfondie des pièces et accessoires informatiques et de l'électronique grand public
* Capacité physique de rester debout pendant de longues périodes, et de déplacer et de manipuler des boîtes de marchandises, ce qui entraîne le soulèvement
* Capacité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris les jours, les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés
