Employment Type: 6-Month Contract / Full Time Permanent

Location:
Toronto

Reports to:
Manager, HR & Admin Department


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks that are in support of Senior Management's regular work
  • Drive and maintain the company's vehicle to perform given duties in good and timely manner
  • Manage office property and workplace arrangement, including pantry stuff, stationery, incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, office machines, etc.
  • Manage fixed asset purchasing, transfer and disposal
  • Process invoices of office expenses related to Head Office
  • Coordinate in meetings and delegation visits
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:


  • A high level of tact and integrity due to the nature of the position
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines (high level of organization)
  • Suppport basic and nonsensitive HR information administration
  • Must possess a valid full G driver license and have a good record, 10+ years of driving experience is preferred
  • Able to work at variable works
  • Have a strong desire to add value to the company you work for
  • English and Chinese bilingual is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Schedule:

  • Day shift
