Temporary Receptionist/Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct inbound calls in a pleasant and professional manner using multiline telephone system
- Greet guests, maintain visitor log book, and coordinate staff and visitor parking
- Collate and process incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries and faxes
- Coordinate Training booking and confirmations
- Process station account payables
- Organize boardroom bookings, catering if required and conference code updates
- Assist executive team members with calendar management, expense reports, travel bookings and other administrative tasks
- Assist with employee onboarding, including business card orders, office setup, access card/key ordering, and verification of tickets for new hires etc.
- Manage the annual Service Awards order and distribution
- Order and maintain office supplies/equipment and office area
- Other administrative support duties and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced, quickly changing environment
- Professional level written and verbal communication skills with indepth knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and ability to present ideas/recommendations clearly and concisely
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with assigned tasks and exercise discretion in interoffice communications
- Ability to be an effective team player, contributing to a positive work environment
