Position Summary
Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to oversee our
highest-value technology implementation projects. This role is focused on delivering successful


In this role, you will...

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively work with our MFG team to assess opportunities, organize scoping calls and
discoveries, document findings and work with our solution architects to develop proposals and

statements of work. This includes preliminary resource planning, scheduling, estimating and

risk analysis.

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Build project plans with work
breakdown schedules and Gantt charts. Source and determine when 3

rd party resources are

needed, factoring in capabilities, cost and availability.

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
senior management and stakeholders. Establish project team, charter and all other

communication documents required to support the project delivery.

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Be mindful of the desired outcomes, and work towards achieving them as you perform all

project management responsibilities.

  • Use Salesforce to record time and billing, managing budget and milestones for invoicing.
Forecast all future project billings, providing visibility to project stakeholders.

  • Use project management tools to schedule resources, assign work, manage sequence and
dependencies, incorporating our resource team and those of the client. Communicate

expectations of work and due dates.

  • Be responsible for the success and profitability of projects through managing budget, costs,
expenses, scope, resources and time.

  • Oversee all aspects of project reporting, including status reports on time and deliverables, %
complete, budget versus actual, time remaining, tasks to go, etc. Produce and share project

updates including risk analysis, risk mitigation and change orders when needed.

  • Oversee all project invoicing and financial reporting. Manage purchase orders, change orders,
and ensure obligations for timely payment are met. Communicate project financials to all

stakeholders.

  • Manage vendors and subcontractors involved in a project delivery. Create working
agreements with assigned tasks and expected deliverables.

  • Host regularly scheduled meetings with your project team and project stakeholders. Record
meeting minutes, delegate action items, review work completed and record issues, risks, etc.

  • Assist marketing in the creation of project success stories, obtaining references for future work,
testimonials and CSAT's needed for accreditation of work completed by the team. Participate

in marketing events if required.


About you...

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years project management experience, overseeing the implementation of design
systems, data management, PDM, PLM or ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective organization and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, escalate,
and multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with project management software, CRM and collaboration tools including Miro,
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Experience using or administrating PDM, PLM or ERP systems is an asset.
  • Able to work under varying workloads, often with tight deadlines and under pressure. Able to
take initiative and proactively determine requirements to see efficient completion of tasks.

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Willing to travel within Canada & USA if required, expectation < 10 days annually.
