- Have a progressive work history with in-house and/or private practice experience: (i) providing legal counsel to clients for purchasing, services, SaaS, software licensingand related business issues, (ii) have deep experience drafting and negotiating major business, marketing, intellectual property, purchasing, services and technology agreements, and (iii) be proficient in partnering with clients to develop internal processes to help manage legal risk. Experience with compliance, benefits/HR agreements, data security agreements and data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA) is an advantage.
- Be flexible and willing to assume new or different responsibilities as the needs of the client evolve and educate internal and external clients on areas of expertise.
- Be comfortable working remotely with clients, colleagues, and business partners in the US, EMEA, LTAM and APAC regions, recognizing that this may result in occasional meetings in the late evening or early morning.

- Develop and update procurement agreements templates and related playbooks.
- You will need to hold a valid passport, as occasionally you may need to travel internationally.

THE ROLE:
AMD is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its legal team. The successful candidate will primarily support AMD's Indirect Procurement Group. You will report to the Senior Director of the Legal Procurement team and work as part of a larger corporate team, including Indirect Procurement, IT, Finance, Marketing, Benefits/HR, Accounting, and other groups, to support their commercial transactions and related legal needs.
