- Evaluating Client RFP documents and defining Alstar's project role
- Coordinating with external parties for project scope and pricing
- Compiling quantity takeoffs and creating project budgets
- Generating estimates for projects of various values
- Preparing Alstar Proposal and Construction Execution Plans
- Leading estimating team in quantity take-offs and subcontractor interactions
- Developing preliminary construction schedules with stakeholder inputs
- Handing over awarded projects to Project Managers and conducting handover meetings
- Ensuring timely bid submissions and managing post-bid processes
- Collaborating with Senior Management, Project Managers, and other team members
- Completing Labour, Equipment, and Material estimates, proposal letters, and supporting documentation
