The person in this position, acting as a content specialist, will analyze and identify the training requirements for various units to offer content that satisfies the targeted objectives.
The incumbent will dispense standard or special training sessions to a more technically-inclined clientele and provide support/advice to managers or employees in his/her field of expertise.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities- Analyzes training requirements while taking into account the specific needs of the clientele, the training context and the objectives sought by the client- Facilitates and dispenses standard or special training sessions for programs or solutions, and provides support to participants for individual coaching- Provides support as an advisor in the implementation of operational and organizational changes stemming from training assignments and projects- Carries out post-training follow-up activities to foster the transfer of knowledge to the workplace and recommends the necessary corrective measures to reach learning targets that will optimize the quality of services offered to the clientele- Takes part in the development, formulation, dissemination and promotion of new training programs, solutions and content by recommending various general or individualized approaches, and by providing the necessary support for learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
