As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead our retail store.


Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our retail store.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Your expertise in home renovations and your strong leadership skills will be essential in achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and highperforming work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing expert advice to customers and assisting with product selection.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is wellstocked, coordinating with suppliers and tracking product deliveries.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring the store is aesthetically appealing and products are displayed effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the home renovations or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of home renovation products, materials, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and pointofsale systems.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a customercentric approach.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
