Located in Winnipeg Manitoba, ADESA Winnipeg is one of ADESA Canada's wholesale vehicle auctions that are located across Canada, coast to coast and the employer of choice in the Canadian automotive remarketing industry.

We are hiring 5+ people as drivers

SUMMARY:
The driver in the transport department is responsible to deliver and pick up vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive vehicles to and from designated areas, as well as pick up and deliver vehicles while observing driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courteous and defensive driving principles.
Represent the auction in a professional and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service.
Must be safety conscious and ensure that vehicle is roadworthy by checking tires, fuel, lights, signals & brakes.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license in Manitoba.
Clear driver abstract required
At least 1015 years of driving in Canada
Computer/smart phone skills are required
Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles
Ability to drive in different weather conditions
Must be a reliable team player

Hourly rate is $15.30 per hour

Public transportation is not available_ to the site so applicants must have a driver's license and vehicle or a reliable source of available transportation daily.
