~ Nurse Practitioners provide care to individuals who need assistance as they deal with the effects of aging, injury, surgery, or illness
Working at RT Medical, you will use an evidence-based approach to assess, complete a diagnostic work-up, treat, make referrals to specialists and allied health for patients and residents
However, it may also involve remote work and virtual care
Provide services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or hospital
In collaboration with the Care Team, facility, patient/family/caregiver and other health care professionals, help formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment
Perform advanced, comprehensive health assessments in-person or over a telemedicine platform
Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plan(s) and adjust accordingly in consultation with the patient/family/caregiver and other health care professionals
Master of Nursing-Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP), Primary Health Nurse Practitioner (PHNCP), Master of Nursing/Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner (MN/PHCNP), or related Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree.
Experience in performing advanced, comprehensive health assessments in person or over a telemedicine platformExcellent problem solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
Updated immunization records (including completion of a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months)
The position will require travel of more than 30 minutes there Valid G2/G driver's license, access to a reliable car, and vehicle liability insurance required
