Provincial Smart Home Services is looking for
an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients. You will be a part of a team of professionals working to ensure our clients are always satisfied

Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • File corporate & government documents (update corporate annual reports, renew insurance policies,..)
  • Co-ordinate meetings and daily tasks for CEO & COO
  • Handle confidential matters with legal team
  • Prepare materials and presentations for meetings, as well as follow up on action items
  • Co-ordinate corporate events & travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies and equipment for the office
  • Prepare company items for the sales department & technicians (forms, uniforms, gas cards, badges & business cards)
  • Manage employee benefits & gym memberships
  • Manage, sort and deliver incoming mail and packages.

Requirements:


  • University degree or post-secondary education considered strong asset
  • Previous experience supporting top-level business executives
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization
  • Energetic with strong organizational skills

Schedule:
Fulltime


Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year


Job Type:

Schedule:

  • 8hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • University degree or postsecondary education considered strong asset

Experience:


  • Previously had a secretarial/administrative role considered strong asset (preferred)

$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
