Job description
OverviewWe are transitioning our company from Digital Content Creators ) to ContentKitchen ).
We need a Google Workspace expert to manage the complete transition, migrate all data, and optimize our new Workspace for maximum team efficiency.
We currently have 3 team members.Project Scope
- Complete Domain Migration
- Set up a new Google Workspace Business Standard account for
- Migrate all emails, contacts, and calendar data from our current Workspace to the new Workspace.
- Transfer all documents and folder structures from our current Google Drive to the new Workspace Shared Drives. Discussion on Google Drive file structure for shared documents and shared drives.
- Set up seamless email forwarding from to
- Integrate personal Gmail workspace with shared and private access to the calendar.
- Technical Configuration & Standardization
- Configure Gmail with custom templates, specific fonts, and professional signatures.
- Set up Google Drive for Desktop with automatic mirroring of local folders to the appropriate folder, or shared drive.
- Standardize Google Sheets and Docs settings (e.g., default 125% zoom) and folder organization, Font and Style layout.
- Productivity & AI Integration
- Integrate Gemini /Manus/ChatGPT and any other AI across all Workspace apps (Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
- Set up and optimize NotebookLM and Google Vids for our content creation workflow.
- Configure Zoom for Google Workspace integration (replacing Google Meet).
- Integrate other apps/extensions/software commonly used.
- Proven experience with Google Workspace migrations.
- Expertise in Google Apps Script and API integrations (Drive, Sheets, Gmail).
- Deep understanding of the latest Google Workspace features (Gemini, Vids, NotebookLM, etc.).
- Ability to provide clear SOPs and documentation for the new setup.
We are looking to complete this transition within the next 3 weeks.
