We're Hiring a Google Workspace Migration & Automation Specialist
We are seeking a technically strong Google Workspace Expert to lead a structured migration, configuration, and security hardening of our Google Workspace environment.
We are not looking for basic setup support — we're looking for someone who understands infrastructure, email authentication, and scalable Workspace architecture.

What You'll Do & What We're Looking For
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Plan and execute a structured Google Workspace migration (users, mailboxes, domains, aliases, shared inboxes,).
- Configure Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, Groups, and Organizational Units properly.
- Set up and validate domain authentication (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Implement security best practices (2FA enforcement, rolebased admin access, permission structuring).
- Integrate Workspace with thirdparty tools and automate workflows where possible.
- Configure and support Gemini and AIdriven workflows within Workspace.
- Provide documentation and basic SOPs so our team can operate confidently.
- Ensure the Workspace environment is stable, secure, and ready for scaling.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Workspace migrations and configuration.
- Strong understanding of DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, and domain verification.
- Experience working with hosting providers (e.g., Vimexx or similar).
- Experience with Gemini for Google Workspace and implementing AIassisted workflows, including automation, documentation systems, and email process optimization.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to nontechnical team members.
- Proactive problemsolver who takes ownership and works independently.
Salary:
- Open to proposal the project can be priced in phases (1: setup & migration, 2: SOPs & optimization, 3: Gemini and custom GPT training), with a clear rate and timeline per phase.
