AGCO's Fendt Division has an exciting opportunity for a Product Specialist in Quebec to join its sales team in delivering extraordinary results throughout Eastern Canada territory.

The Fendt brand offers leading products to make farmers more successful.

This includes developing exceptional equipment, products, and services for farmers, so that they can produce excellent quality with maximum efficiency.


The Product Specialist plays a key role in building dealer relationships to grow share of wallet within a dealership and build customer relationships that drive market share and loyalty within the territory.

They are a key member of the local territory and district. They work closely with the K/AM to execute local strategies as agreed in the annual business plan.

They help the dealer focus on customer loyalty / retention by following a robust sales process that includes lead management, product training and customer demonstrations focused on matching AGCO products to customers' needs.

They collaborate with assigned sales team to explain the advantages of our products to dealer personnel to drive wholesale and then follow through with lead management, training and demonstrations to drive retail - all in support of the annual business plan.


What you will do:


  • Support the AM as assigned and follow their direction relative to specific dealer strategies and tactics in support of the annual dealer business plan.
  • Provide Wholegoods Product Sales & Operation Training on local basis
  • Support dealers in planning, executing and following up with customer demonstrations with focus on making dealer sales professionals selfsufficient in the demo process.
  • Support dealers with customer visits with the intent to build relationships, collect VOC information, prospect or qualify leads,
  • Must be disciplined in completing internal administrative tasks relating to position in order to ensure robust metrics and reporting (ie. Lead Gen, Training, Demonstrations)
  • Support dealers with customer visits with the intent to build relationships, collect VOC information, prospect or qualify leads.
  • Assist dealer with hosting and conducting open houses, clinics, field days and other local customer events.

What you will bring:


  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years of experience working in a sales, customer service, and/or a technical support role working at an agricultural equipment manufacturer or dealership
  • Experience operating agricultural equipment
  • Bilingual in English & French

A plus if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in agriculture oriented fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a dealerbased distribution channel
  • 1+ years' experience working with Ag equipment
  • Strong communication skills
