    Our client is a premier construction firm specializing in industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.

    They are committed to delivering high-quality construction solutions and are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a new build project in Richmond, BC.

    Oversee and manage all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

    • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
    • Maintain continuous communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth operation and timely problem resolution.
    • Monitor project progress against the schedule, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and submit regular progress reports and budget updates to senior management.
    • Resolve conflicts or disputes on site quickly and amicably.
    • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role in the ICI sector, with a focus on new builds.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in British Columbia.
    • Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
    • Certification in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
