Job Summary:

Reporting to the Event Marketing Coordinator, the Event Production Assistant will be responsible for the ensuring Renewal by Andersen's brand standards achieved at various events - this includes both set up and take down.

You will also be responsible for the organization, maintenance and ordering of event marketing collateral as needed. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Setting up booths at various venues for event marketing activities to meet brand standards. Ensuring that all safety standards and fire guidelines are followed.
Ensuring that the event marketing storage warehouse is clean and organized at all times.
Communicating with event organizers and other thirdparty service providers
Taking down and packing up the booth post event
Checking equipment for any damages or missing parts, ensuring that all equipment and marketing collateral is clean and in good working order.
Reviewing the inventory before and after the event
Ordering additional supplies and marketing collateral as required.

Qualifications And Requirements:

Valid driver's license and own form of transportation - must be a truck, van or large SUV

1 or more years of experience in a similar role considered a strong asset.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, warm personality.
Ability to travel across GTA to set up and take down events.
Ability to work a shift on Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday, Sunday (shift times and length will vary based on event schedule)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Have an excellent eye for detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Strong physical dexterity and the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Compensation:

- $19 per hour
