We are currently seeking to fill a full-time lab position in the
Soils Laboratory department at our
Vancouver location.

The job will consist of conducting in-lab soils and asphalt testing, common to the construction industry, and preparing reports in Microsoft Word and Excel.

The position will include working closely with the company's engineering staff and management group, as well as clients and contractors.

Some physical work should be anticipated - the employee will be expected to lift and carry equipment and soil samples (including buckets of soil) throughout the course of their work.


The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • Civil Engineering Diploma or other science-related Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
  • Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle (preferred but not required)
  • CCIL Aggregate Certification (preferred but not required)
