About the Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team of talented real estate professionals.

You will act as the first point of contact for our prospective residents and play a key role to support both our internal team and our external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Welcoming and greeting clients, realtors, and visitors to the sales gallery to ensure a positive experience;
Managing the customer database, registrant data, reports, contracts, and client details to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance;
Providing high quality customer service by answering inquiries, directing visitors, and resolving client issues.
Supporting the sales team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

What you Bring:

1 year of experience in a sales or customerservice oriented role;
Highly proficient organizational and time management skills;
Demonstrated ability to problemsolve using effective written and verbal communication;
Ability to provide humancentered solutions and adapt to changing needs;
Familiarity with industry specific software platforms (i.e. Salesforce) will be considered an asset;
Ability to speak multiple languages will be considered an asset.
