• Greet clients, employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries
• Scheduling and dispatch duties
• Maintain a tidy and organized office area
• Receive and distribute incoming mail
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to support various officerelated tasks and projects
• Utilize company systems and software

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role or customer serviceoriented position would be an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English)
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency using office equipment, such as computers, printers and phone systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong, adaptable selfstarting qualities
