We are currently seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. We offer a competitive salary along with a benefit package and room to grow with our expanding company.

Position Description:

Provide all prospects up to date information about available units and all information related to the property:

Perform suite and building showings:

-
Provide prospects clear information regarding the qualifying and approval process:

-
Follow up with prospective tenants after showing to close the rental:

-
Input all prospect information into YARDI:

-
Work closely with Regional Managers regarding available units, renovations/ any challenges etc

Work closely with the Marketing team ensuring all advertising is correct and effective:

-
Conduct market surveys as requested:

-
Assist Building Managers and Regional Managers as needed:

Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Necessary Skills
-
Previous marketing/leasing experience an asset:

-
Previous sales experience an asset - able to negotiate and deal with objections:

-
Excellent computer skills - including Microsoft products:

-
Previous YARDI experience and asset:

-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills:

-
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends:

-
Proven time management skills:

-
Able to take initiative and be aware of trends:

-
Able to multi-task:

-
Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
