Our company operates in Canadian, the United States, Mexico & European markets, selling through major e-commerce channels and our brick-and-mortar store located at 45 Tigi Ct, Vaughan.

We are looking for a talented, energetic, proactive individual for the Listings Analyst Full-Time position._

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A strategic leader that plays an important role in the omnichannel growth of the company as part of the senior leadership team.
To develop and implement an eCommerce strategy to improve Shopify website performance and grow B2C and B2B sales.
Responsible for addressing Amazon and eBay listing issues and providing feasible solutions.
To lead a dedicated Listing and Marketing team of 23, promoting their development and delegating responsibilities for great results.
To maintain a thorough understanding of the content update process for eCommerce, including new launches, descriptions, titles, photos, promotions, etc.
Work crossfunctionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory, and Finance to solve problems and improve conversion.
Reporting on business utilizing Shopify, Google Analytics, Amazon campaigns, and other internal systems

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Postsecondary education graduate
2+ years experience in an eCommerce/Marketing environment is required
A minimum of 2 years of management experience

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES required:

Advanced MS Excel skill is mandatory for this position
Experience with: Shopify, Google Analytics, Ads, Merchant Center, Amazon seller central, eBay, Third Party apps
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills
High standards of excellence and attention to detail
Experience with Shopify and the App ecosystem is an asset
Excellent written and fluent English
Knowledge of other lanuages Russian/Ukrainian/Kazakh is an asset
A thoughtful leader with experience managing & developing a team
