Job Duties include

  • Create, sort and manage correspondence
  • Reporting
  • Coordinate calendars, schedules and travel
  • Filing and other administrative support such as data entry, answering the phone, photocopying and organizing binders.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is considered an asset
  • 35 years of experience
  • Ability to lift and carry files and boxes of supplies
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organization skills

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
- strong excel: 3 years (required)
