- Respond promptly to phone or email inquiries for service and rental processes, providing exceptional customer service and obtaining necessary signatures on rental documents.
- Review completed yard checks to ensure all units are accounted for, maintaining and documenting on-site inventories of trailers, and communicating findings with the Operations Team daily.
- Coordinate with the Check-In Coordinator to ensure timely processing of unit check-ins and check-outs, collaborating with the Operations Team to prioritize units needing repairs and creating work orders accordingly.
- Update and create chargeback cases for inbound units in the system as necessary, communicating with customers regarding repairs and maintenance and providing updates as needed.
- Assist in organizing and communicating within-house mobile operations, creating mobile cases as required, and dispatching mobile units to service calls, ensuring a timely response.
- Support the Lead Hand and Service Manager in ordering and tracking new license plates, as well as printing off new rentals and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

- Previous experience in an automotive or transport service setting (asset)
