We are searching for a talented Graphic Design & Digital Media Specialist who will be entrusted with the task of envisioning and crafting visually captivating designs for both print and digital media platforms.

The primary focus of this role is on generating visual content, graphics, and digital media materials to enhance marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.

Responsibilities:


  • Create visually compelling graphics for web and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Leading the design and deployment of the company's website.
  • Overseeing the design and deployment of the company's comprehensive suite of reports.
  • Researching and implementing technology systems to enhance these activities.
  • Collaborating closely with the executive team, providing support materials for their finance, asset management, and acquisition responsibilities, including preparing external reports for presentation to the company's Board and investors.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Board, shareholders, and other functional areas, including IT, to streamline processes, ensure integration, and facilitate better information access.
  • Collaborating with other teams during the postacquisition phase to ensure visual and branding consistency.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing various design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with digital media tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and digital media.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, capable of presenting a clear perspective both to individuals and in large group settings.
  • Handson leadership approach with robust relationship and people skills, accustomed to working in an entrepreneurial environment with a culture of hardworking, selfmotivated employees.
  • Proficiency in French (an asset).
