Ruth Lake
Schedule: 14x14 (Days and nights)
Accommodations:
$5/hour Living out Allowance, you are responsible to find your own accommodations in Fort McMurray
Transportation:
Provided to and from Fort McMurray to site
Overtime:
Overtime is paid at time and a half after 8 hours or 44 in a week
Hourly Rate:
Up to $53.30/hour *ranges based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced Tireman until fully trained (level 1)
- Able to set up haul trucks and heavy equipment for tire work
- Able to prepare and assemble OTR tires for installation/repair
- Operate Tire manipulators to assemble/install wheel/tire assemblies (or willing to be trained on these)
- Tire Industry Association Certificate (TIA) or TIA Training required
- Tire Manipulator (forklift or Loader style) experience an asset
- Tire truck (knuckle boom) manipulator experience an asset
Qualifications:
- Previous experience disassembling/assembly and removal/installation of OTR tire/wheel assemblies
- Level of pay will be determined by level of experience (Group 1 + $1 through Group 4)
Summary:
- Be proficient in English, both verbally and written
- Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Have experience as requested as mentioned above
- Subject to Random Testing at: Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites
- Undergo and successfully pass the following testing:
- Breath Alcohol Test
- Urine Drug Test
- FitnesstoWork Assessment
- Audiometric Testing
- Vision Screening
- Criminal Record Check
- CSO or BSO Certification
- Copy of Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Copy of recent Driver's Abstract
- VOID cheque/direct deposit form
- Silica Awareness
- Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness
Once dispatched the following processes will occur:
