Role and Responsibilities- Analyze data in order to understand usage and performance of the Samsung Knox Cloud services and operations- Help us innovate and develop new Gen AI technologies by collaborating with the cloud solution teams to improve customers satisfaction- Develop mathematical models for data products to drive growth, develop data pipeline and data sources for the related data driven operations- Work on complex issues such as analyzing customer situations or business data using in-depth evaluation of variables.

Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.- Generate data reports and business insights using the latest ML/AI technology

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent professional field
  • 3+ years of working experience in data scientist/analyst role building and deploying ML/AI models or hands on experience developing deep learning and predictive models
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Expertise in Python using e.g. SciKit-Learn, Pandas, Tensor flow, Keras, Deep Learning Framework etc.
  • Experience with LLM and RAG
  • Experience with various AWS services (e.g. EC2, S3, Athena, Lambda, Kinesis Firehose, Redshift)
  • Strong communication and team working skills
Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Mobile industry and/or experience with BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) cloud solutions
  • AWS / GCP / Azure certification
  • Experience with Tableau data source and dashboard creation
  • ML engineering experience
  • Experience with Airflow, EKS, EMR, Redshift, Kubernetes
  • DevOps experiences: such as create build & install scripts, terraform, UNIXbased systems management, release management, production monitoring, etc.
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $98,000 to $152,000 and reflects base salary only.

Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
