- Position Responsibilities_
- Manage communication on behalf of ATHF
- Book travel and accommodation for elite teams
- Plan, coordinate and operate leagues
- Day to day administration
- Facilitate board of directors vision and goals
- Host events for the handball community
- Provide monthly reports for the Board of Directors
- Host, coordinate and plan major tournaments
- Loves Sport (Handball Experience not necessary)
- Post secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Is enthusiastic and a self starter attitude
- Can read and build a budget
- Strong Organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Event Planning skills considered an asset
- Technology proficient

Handball, also referred to as Team Handball, is a fast and dynamic sport that is mostly played in Europe. Handball in Alberta grows every year and Handball Alberta is the second biggest Handball organization in Canada. Our goal is to be the best and biggest handball organization in North America.
Alberta Team Handball Federation has a culture of winning many national championships and providing great players to Canada's national team and overseas to play professionally.
Role Benefits- Base salary of 40 to 50k depending on education and experience
- 3 weeks vacation

Salary: $39,377.14-$50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
