As Account Strategist at Jacobs in Toronto Ontario CA you will lead strategy development and facilitation for select clients and opportunities in Canada with a focus on the transportation market in Ontario Key responsibilities include working with account teams to broaden strengthen client relationships leverage Jacobs full capabilities tailor strong differentiated sales messages for our strategic pursuits Opening Game Account management known as OG is focused on building reinforcing client relationships As such you will partner with Client Account Managers CAMs Client Service Leads CSLs to help maintain strong account health within your assigned client portfolio While the CAM or CSL is ultimately responsible for client service you will facilitate often lead efforts to develop maintain execute strategic client account plans to optimize our business development investment market share growth Middle Game As strategic opportunities emerge from your assigned accounts you will work closely with CAMs CSLs other pursuit team members to develop execute effective win strategies that best position our teams for selection Known as MG this phase of the sales process includes facilitating pursuit reviews leading win plan development through regular strategy meetings gap analyses competitor analyses technical strategy development decision-maker outreach planning discussions differentiate our pursuit team win strategy End Game As teams prepare to respond Requests Qualifications Proposals RFQ RFP You will debrief the assigned proposal manager on MG intelligence opportunity win plan ensure pursue strategy successfully executed during proposal development EG phase The proposal manager has overall responsibility managing EG Depending scale significance effort You may participate color reviews take writing assignments provide guidance strategic opportunities If shortlisted You will often facilitate presentation development including coaching interview teams support from the proposal manager The Account Strategists responsibilities include but are not limited to Work collaboratively With CAMs/CSLs others develop drive client acccount plans drive accont stratgey budget mangement investiment decitions alignement geographic/market priorities Lead strateguc geography pursuts devolop oppurtunity wn plans purseuit straetgy Serve challenger healthy skeptic idenity risks recognize oppurtunities innovation growth Attend clent partnr or stakeholder-facing meetins indursty events profssional societies other marketplace engagements advance straetgy Champion adhere Jacobs Core Values act inclusive leader
