    Description

    Develop financial models and analyze data to assist in decision making at executive and leadership level

    Provide financial performance reports for evaluations

    Identify trends within historical data and metrics that will influence decision making

    Maintain accounting and financial reporting duties, ensure accuracy and provide forecasts

    Propose solutions to gaps, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities

    Provide suggestions and guarantee that financial software delivers features that are constantly enhancing to better meet reporting and forecasting requirements

    3+ years of working experience within an accounting/finance department

    CPA or an Accounting Designation is preferred

    Strong understanding of full cycle accounting and financial analysis

    Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and FP&A

    Experience with IFRS and US GAAP

    Knowledge of financial systems

    Self-starter mindset with a great drive to find ways to enhance procedures, reporting, data accuracy, etc.

    Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
