This full-time position would be perfect for a recent college graduate who is knowledgeable of new media, has personality on the phone, and is an online entrepreneur looking for a position in service customer service.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Online sales or customer service experience is a must.
  • This position requires a high activity level to develop the necessary knowledge and relationships that will be important to the success of the store.
  • Internal drive to meet goals and objectives while working independently.
  • Ability to establish priorities to achieve predefined tasks and objectives.
  • Team player with a collaborative personality as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set service appointments for our full line of automotive products and maintenance schedule.
  • Proactively create opportunities with existing customers.
  • Create interest and build value in building rapport during calls.
  • Expand customer relationships that ensure renewal and increase business.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)


Job Types:

$18.00-$19.50 per hour
