Job summary:
We are preparing a strategic sale process and I'm looking for an experienced research analyst to build a high-quality buyer target list (a "buyer universe") of 100+ potential acquirers worldwide. This is not simple list-building. I need someone who understands how M&A buyer universes are built: strategic buyers vs. financial buyers, and can clearly explain why each buyer is a fit (strategic rationale).
